Overview

Don't blow your fuse; modernise with a Razor PDM and never look back.

Leave behind the hassle and frustrations of outdated fuses and relays by upgrading to Link's Razor PDM. Instead of manual resets and replacements, enjoy smarter, tidier, and more reliable electrical management.

The Razor PDM (Power Distribution Module) is a programable computer that intelligently manages power delivery to components like lights, fans, or fuel pumps by processing inputs from ECUs, CAN keypads, switches, or sensors.

The Razor PDM continuously monitors current draw and circuit status making automated real time adjustments, and fixing issues in real time to eliminate damage and breakdowns.

Designed with flexibility in mind, multiple Razor PDMs can be connected via CAN to provide the exact number of inputs and outputs required. Their compact size allows them to be positioned close to the devices they control, reducing wiring length, voltage drop, cost and installation complexity.

Razor PDMs are ideal for builds wanting to replace traditional fuses and relays with intelligent power management, reduced wiring complexity and greater electrical reliability.

Models Supported

The Razor PDM can control up to 4 high power outputs and 8 universal ADIO pins.

Warnings

PDMs will get hot under large loads.
Features

The Razor PDM (Power Distribution Module) is a programable computer and includes the following features:

PDM Features

Can be used in conjunction with a Link ECU or as a completely standalone device.

Configurable Over-Current and Short Circuit Protection, with adjustable trip and resettable fuse parameters.

Flexible and powerful control strategies including general purpose PID control, math functions, logic expressions and CAN keypad functions.

Flexible CAN keypad control, allowing buttons to operate Razor PDM outputs, Link ECU functions or both (G5, G4X and G4+ with some limitations).

Data logging via CAN or USB for diagnostics, analysis and troubleshooting, helping you find issues quicker.

Multiple Razor PDM units can be connected easily via CAN for more I/O.

USB Configuration via Link's free advanced software package, PDM Link.

Specifications

The Razor PDM (Power Distribution Module) is a programmable computer with the following specs:

Inputs and Outputs

High Power Outputs: Four 25A continuous (80A safe peak), configurable as high side, low side, PWM or paired for H-bridge control.

Universal ADIO: Eight Analogue/Digital/Input/Output (ADIO) pins, configurable as analogue or digital/switched inputs, or high-side outputs up to 8A each. Four ADIO pins support PWM output, while the remaining four support PWM, Frequency, Duty cycle, Speed inputs.

Software-Controlled Pull-Ups: 4K7 to 5V.

Current Capacity: Up to 100A continuous combined output with 160A non-repetitive peak current.

Expansion: Multiple PDMs can be easily connected via CAN to give you more I/O. The compact nature of the Razor PDM allows you to place each PDM closest to the power draw.
