G5 Voodoo ECUs make use of multi-purpose pins, allowing for highly custom setups. G5 Voodoo ECUs have up to 8 Analogue/Digital Input/Output (ADIO) pins, while the G5 Voodoo Pro has 4 Injector/Ignition/Auxiliary pins, the G5 Voodoo Neo 6 has 4 Injector/Digital Input pins and the G5 Voodoo Neo 4 has 4 Aux/Digital Input pins.
These multi-purpose pins open up possibilities for many different configurations, letting you decide on your needed I/O. All unused Injector and Ignition pins can be used as Auxiliary Outputs.

All G5 Voodoo ECUs can be powered via the USB cable, making setting up the initial tune a breeze at your PC. The WEIPU CAN 1 connector supplies power for CAN devices, massively simplifying CAN wiring and accessory installation.

G5 Voodoo ECUs are a cost-effective solution to opening up the world of Direct Injection, using an external OEM or aftermarket DI driver box, such as Link's DI Driver-4.

One of the few aftermarket ECU platforms capable of controlling Direct Injection, G5 Voodoo enables aftermarket tuning on many modern DI engines such as the BMW B58, Subaru FA and Ford EcoBoost platforms, with amazing results. It unlocks increased power, improved efficiency, and highly precise fuel control.

The G5 Voodoo range supports Port Injection, Direct Injection or staged Port and Direct Injection setups allowing maximum flexibility.

Built-in Wi-Fi means you don’t need to be physically connected to the ECU, or even in the vehicle or on the same side of the pit wall to pull logs and make changes. No more fighting through roll cages or digging under the dash trying to plug in a cable.

Multiple G5 Voodoo ECUs can be set-up on the same Wi-Fi network allowing you to switch seamlessly.

Link’s high accuracy, high frequency GPS allows you to log position, ground speed and UTC time for data analysis at 50 times a second using Link’s Sensor fusion augmented GPS Technology.

This can be used for coaching, especially when connected to a driver analytics tool like MyRaceLab. It also allows you to be creative around setting up features or functions against position, real time or GPS speed.

Link’s GPS can also operate as a vehicle speed sensor for vehicles that don’t have one, giving you an accurate ground speed, such as some race cars or boats. It can be used to easily calibrate wheel speed and to compare wheel and ground speed to determine if tyre slip is occurring.

With Dead Reckoning Link's GPS will continue to calculate position when GPS lock is lost such as in a tunnel, garage or dense bush.

All G5 Voodoo ECUs feature built-in LSU 4.9 digital wideband lambda controllers, delivering highly accurate real-time exhaust oxygen measurement for more precise tuning, improved engine efficiency and consistent performance across all operating conditions. 

Being built in means less wiring, improving reliability, and signal integrity.

All G5 Voodoo ECUs feature dual on-board H-Bridges meaning you can run dual E-Throttle  or flexible configurations such as both an E-throttle with an E-wastegate.

Running E-Throttle gives you a faster, more precise throttle response with enhanced control and reliability.

G5 Voodoo ECUs have fail-safe, solid state throttle relays, saving you from the hassle of wiring them in, making for simple E-throttle installation.

All G5 Voodoo ECUs feature Ethernet, the fastest and most stable way to view or download data logs, calibrate and tune your ECU. Ethernet communication also offers the best resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring reliable data transfer in high-noise motorsport environments.

G5 Voodoo A and B header plugs are identical connectors to G4X and are pinned very closely, so with only minimal re-pinning you can plug a Voodoo into a G4X loom or harness and get started right away.

G5 Voodoo runs on the same highly acclaimed PC Link software as G4X, meaning you don’t need to learn a new software package. PC Link allows you to easily convert G4X tuning Map files to a G5 version, allowing for quick and easy upgrades.
