About the opportunity

Reporting directly to the Australian Regional Manager, this role will support the sales and logistics efforts for the Brisbane office.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive team who are passionate about what we do. Our wider team is across the globe, so even though you will be based in our Brisbane offices, you will have opportunity to work with colleagues from our other offices around the globe.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with our customers through processing orders and being the contact for any queries.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records within our ERP system (Netsuite)
  • Oversee and manage daily logistics activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Process and co-ordinate shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure effective logistics.
  • Help organise and provide support with trade shows and events

 

About you

Your proactive style means you easily engage, support, and collaborate with people/teams to get the job done, and will feel empowered to work autonomously.

 

You will bring at least two years within a sales support or a customer focused role.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, a willingness to embrace change, and exceptional communication skills.

 

Of course, a superb phone manner and an enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude are fundamental.

 

While not essential, experience or interest in the motorsport, automative or technical space would be an added advantage.
