Our LS Harness is the quickest, tidiest and most cost effective way to connect an ECU to your LS engine... and it's available now!
All the hard work has been done, saving you many hours of labelling, soldering and crimping – this all-in-one ECU and harness delivers you Link's renowned reliability, build quality and performance.
The Terminated LS Engine Harness is custom-made, specifically to connect either Link’s StormX or XtremeX ECU to Gen 3 LS1/LS6 or Gen 4 LS2/LS3/LS7* engines, whether they are stock or in a high-end race car.
The harness has connections for everything you'll need such as injectors, coils, DBW, CAN Lambdas plus twelve spares for anything unique to your build. The harnesses use Link's easy to work with AVSS automotive wiring and Link's standard wiring colors. Each harness is tested for pinout, shorts, resistance of splices, insulation resistance and more before being shipped to you.
Key Features:
- Support for both cable operated (using LS Stepper Adapter) and Drive-by-Wire Throttle Bodies (using LS DBW Adapter).
- A powered DTM4 CAN Connector compatible with Link CAN Accessories and Cables.
- EV1/JPT injector connectors which will fit the common LS1 injectors directly. Adapters will be required for early truck engines with the Multilec injector connector as well as the later LS3 style USCAR/EV6 injector (use injector adapter).
- Support for factory 7 Pin Coil Harness Connector.
- Support for Link MAP Sensors (Use LS Map Adapter to support factory Gen 3 MAP Sensor).
- Support for F Body Alternator (AC Delco PN 335-1075).

The Power of G4X
G4X is Link's tried and tested high performance ECU platform, and has proven to be the most reliable ECU on the market, with a reputation for just working out the box.
The G4X StormX ECU offers the best of both worlds, more I/Os and features than Link’s entry level ECUs and most of the advanced tuning features of Link’s premium ECUs, but at an extremely competitive price. With 8 injector drives and 8 ignition drives the StormX can control all 8 cylinders of an LS with sequential injection and direct spark. The StormX has built-in CAN control, knock control, 512MB of onboard Data Logging, Features like Engine Limiters, Flex Fuel, a built-in Trigger Oscilloscope and VVT control, plus the following motorsport features: Launch Control, Anti-Lag, Race Timer and Power Management, Gear Shift Control and Paddle Shift Control. The StormX is a great choice if your LS doesn’t need the extra inputs, outputs and features of the XtremeX like Drive by Wire or Traction Control.
The G4X XtremeX ECU is at the top of the G4X range and has all the features found on the StormX including the ability to control all 8 cylinders of an LS with sequential injection and direct spark. The XtremeX takes power and control even further than the StormX with more Inputs, Outputs and CAN control, features like Drive by Wire, a built in 3 axis accelerometer, and all the motorsport features including Cruise Control and Traction Control. The XtremeX is a great choice for LS’s used in high level motorsport or a more demanding road car build.

Below are free to download LS sample maps with all the basic and essential I/O setup to match the wiring configuration of the harness to give you a tuning head start. There are four basic variations of LS base maps provided in PC Link, for Gen 3 or Gen 4, and DBW or cable throttle.

The LS Harness Manual
* Notes for use with Gen 4 engines
- A cam sensor harness extension will be needed to accommodate the Gen 4 LS front mounted cam sensor.
- A small modification is required to the crank sensor connector. See “crank connector” section in the installation manual for details.
- Injector Connector Adapters to USCar connector will be required for most Gen 4 Engines. Check your injector connector to confirm. Use Link PN 101-0287
- To support Gen 4 factory knock sensors you will require the Link LS Gen 4 Knock Adapter Loom (PN 101-0306)
- To support the factory Gen 4 MAP sensor you will require a Link LS Map Adapter Loom plus a Gen 3 to Gen 4 MAP sensor extension harness (alternatively you can use a Link MAP sensor which is directly supported by the harness)
