Justin Pawlak claims pole position in Formula Drift!
Link Engine Management has been proud to welcome Justin Pawlak to the Link ECU driver line up in 2018. Justin exploits not only a huge passion for cars, but comes with a vast amount of knowledge and experience in both driving and building them as well.
Utilizing his 2017 season car while the 2018 stead is being built, Justin currently sits 8th in the overall Formula Drift points standings.
Round three of Formula Drift held in Atlanta was a career highlight for ‘JTP’. This is one of the few circuit tracks on the FD calendar, utilizing one section of Road Atlanta for drifting. The layout was extremely tricky for all drivers, yet Justin showed his class in qualifying by scoring the most points taking his first Pole Position!
In competition, Justin was knocked out in his Top 16 battle after putting up a crowd-pleasing fight.
Nevertheless, it was a great weekend for the Falken tyres driver. We can’t wait to see what he has in store for the next round in New Jersey – ‘The Wall’ Speedway!
