About Us

Link Engine Management is a global leader in performance engine management systems and motorsport electronics. Our products are exported to over 1,500 dealers in more than 80 countries, and we continue to grow across global markets.

Our success comes from our people, our vision and our passion for winning together. We are proud of the culture we’ve built which is driven by our values.

Headquartered in New Zealand, our global team works across NZ, the United Kingdom, Australia, the USA and Europe. We design smart products for passionate customers — and we’re ambitious about where we’re heading next.

The role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a critical leadership role responsible for end-to-end supply chain performance across Link.

You will lead our global supply chain ecosystem — including contract manufacturing, procurement, production, inventory planning, warehousing and international logistics — ensuring strong supplier performance, supply continuity and excellent customer fulfilment outcomes across all markets.

This role leads a team of direct and indirect reports and is a key enabler of Link’s growth strategy as we continue to scale globally.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of new product concepts
  • Collaborate with commercial product managers to create compelling, technically sound product briefs
  • Conduct research into technologies, trends, and customer needs
  • Lead the technical components of business case development
  • Act as a bridge between engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and sales teams
  • Contribute to product lifecycle management and continuous innovation

Your responsibilities will include:

Global Supply Chain Leadership

  • Own and optimise Link’s end-to-end supply chain performance from engineering specification through to global customer delivery
  • Ensure scalable, cost-effective manufacturing and resilient supply across all markets

Supplier & Commercial Management

  • Lead strategic relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • Drive performance across quality, cost, delivery and service, including commercial negotiations and continuous improvement

Planning, Inventory & Logistics

  • Lead demand planning and global inventory optimisation to balance service levels and working capital
  • Oversee production, warehousing, dispatch and global logistics partnerships to ensure efficient and reliable fulfilment
  • Manage global logistics and freight partnerships

Operational Excellence & Systems

  • Champion effective use of ERP systems and data-driven decision making
  • Embed strong processes that reduce risk, improve efficiency and support global growth

Leadership & Culture

  • Build, coach and support a high-performing team across supply chain, production and logistics
  • Lead in line with Link’s values, keeping our people engaged and supported

About you

You will be an experienced supply chain leader who thrives in a growing, globally connected environment. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability.

Your experience includes:

  • 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and logistics leadership
  • Proven experience managing contract manufacturers and international supplier networks
  • Strong commercial negotiation capability
  • Experience in demand planning, inventory optimisation and global warehousing models
  • Strong ERP capability (NetSuite experience highly regarded)
  • Exposure to electronics, automotive or technically complex manufacturing industries preferred

Beyond technical capability, you are collaborative, commercially astute and values driven. You’re comfortable making decisions in complex situations, and passionate about supporting the team and seeing them achieve.

Our Culture

If you join the Link, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment in a global organisation, exciting challenges, and a variety of tasks. We have an ‘informal but serious’ work ethic and pride ourselves on putting our people first.

We invest in development and leadership growth. We offer comprehensive health insurance, wellbeing initiatives and regular team events. We celebrate wins, back each other, and genuinely care about our people.
